2 cups liquid egg whites
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped Roma tomato
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped white onion
How to Make It
- Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F. Spray a 6″ round baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Mix in spinach, tomato, salt, and onion. Stir until combined.
- Pour egg mixture into prepared dish.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook 8 minutes until the center is set. Serve warm.
