👋🏻Hi everyone! I wanted to post an update on my health journey. I know a lot of you following my journey like it when I check in now and again and show my progress because you’re curious if I’m still maintaining my weight loss and the answer is, YES!! 😬This year started off a little rocky for me but I have loved having something positive to focus on especially something I have total control over and that’s my health.

⏏️ I decided to level up this year and focus on the Body in Motion Habit – one of six macro habits we work on in our Habits of Health System. It’s been pretty awesome to have so much ⚡️energy. I love working out as a healthy way to burn it.

🙌🏻This is what I have gained in my health so far this year:

💥 Continued energy throughout my day, including my workouts.🥾🧘🏼‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️

💥 Continued clarity of mind, no depression or anxiety.

💥 Increased Weekly activity time 4 times a week, including:

🥾Hiking moderate trails in the ⛰Sierra Mountains, starting elevation anywhere from 2,000 – 8,000 feet in elevation, averaging 3-8 miles with elevation gains of 600 – 1,400 feet.
🏊🏻‍♀️Swimming Laps – averaging 1,000 – 1,200 meters.
🧘🏼‍♀️30 minutes of Intermediate Yoga.
