Happy Flex Friday!

It has been a successful cut for me this year, i cut total of 30lbs but I took my time and didn’t rush it like last year.

I went from 196lbs to my lowest which was few days ago was 166.4lbs and it took roughly about 17 weeks. (Started my cut right when COVID-19 happend)

Cutting weight with the goal of preserving as much muscle as possible while doing it NATURALLY is really difficult to execute but with Hard Work and most of all with PATIENCE and CONSISTENCY EVERYTHING is achieve able but your mind must be ready to take on challenges because restricting calories over time will get to you both physically and mentally so staying on track with your training and diet plan is super crucial.
