Healthy Apple Soup Made by One of our Client @nikiceipe

*Apple soup*

๐Ÿ‘‰Ingredients
1 big apple, peeled and chopped
1 big carrot, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
8-10 almonds
Bay leaf and cinnamon (optional)
2-3 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon of coriander leaves

๐Ÿ‘‰*Method*
๐ŸŽHeat coconut oil in a pan.
๐ŸŽ Add onions and saute for 1 min.
๐ŸŽ Add carrots and apple. Saute for a while.
๐ŸŽ Add 2.5 cups of water. Add almonds.
๐ŸŽAdd cinnemon and bay leaf at this stage , if you want
๐ŸŽ Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min.
๐ŸŽ Remove from the flame…keep it cool.
๐ŸŽ Grind to a smooth Puree.
๐ŸŽ Transfer the Puree into a pan.add water, if needed.
๐ŸŽ Add all the spices and salt.
๐ŸŽ Add coriander.
๐ŸŽ Enjoy hot.
