Healthy Apple Soup Made by One of our Client @nikiceipe
1 big apple, peeled and chopped
1 big carrot, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Bay leaf and cinnamon (optional)
2-3 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon of coriander leaves
🍎Heat coconut oil in a pan.
🍎 Add onions and saute for 1 min.
🍎 Add carrots and apple. Saute for a while.
🍎 Add 2.5 cups of water. Add almonds.
🍎Add cinnemon and bay leaf at this stage , if you want
🍎 Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min.
🍎 Remove from the flame…keep it cool.
🍎 Grind to a smooth Puree.
🍎 Transfer the Puree into a pan.add water, if needed.
🍎 Add all the spices and salt.
🍎 Add coriander.
🍎 Enjoy hot.
