Yay or Nay❓for this creamy, thick strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌smoothie.

As its current summer here in Australia I’ve been on a smoothie craze.

This strawberry banana smoothie has been perfect for me for breakfast.

If I make it as a snack I will use ½ a banana and only 2 tablespoons of oats.
You don’t need to use frozen fruit, I like using frozen fruit so I omit using ice for my smoothies so I can get a smoother, creamier smoothie.

What you will need:

1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

1 banana
1 cup yogurt – plain or vanilla
¼ cup oats
1 teaspoon.honey or sweeter of choice

1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.�
2️⃣ If the smoothie is too thick, add a tablespoon of almond milk at a time until smoothie reaches desired consistency.

3️⃣ Enjoy 🤤
