My tips for weight loss is to find a way of eating that works for you, gives you the results you want and doesn’t necessarily feel like a diet. It’s the only way you’ll be able to stick to it long term IMO
I do a combination of intermittent fasting, OMAD, Keto, extended fasting and intuitive eating. I don’t think about it too much anymore. I just fast a little and then eat until I’m full (never stuffed!)I don’t track my food or count calories anymore. I’m not saying this will work for everyone, but it works for me.
I do me and what makes me feel good🙌 You guys should too 🥳 You should feel happy about your WOE, if you don’t, you might want to switch things up. .
Remember, this is my journey and I just share my tips and everything I learn along the way with you guys❤️
For those of you wondering I’m 42 hrs into my fast. I’m feeling great and hunger is gone!

If you’re new to fasting, start slow. It takes time. Be patient. It took me a few months to do my first extended fast.
