Fluffy Mango Mousse !
By @vegandietplan08 Many of you tried the chocolate mousse and now it’s time to bring in some variety. It is so nice to have a healthy protein source in a delicate dessert. ⠀

1 ripe mango (Kent)⁠⠀⠀
150g frozen mango chunks⁠⠀⠀
3 tbsp agave syrup⁠⠀⠀
400g silken tofu⁠⠀⠀
40g coconut oil⁠⠀⠀
.⁠⠀⠀
1. Drain the silken tofu a bit.⁠⠀⠀
2. If the coconut oil is firm dry to melt it on a very low temperature.⁠⠀⠀
3. Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix at least 30 seconds.⁠⠀⠀
4. Fill the mixture in dessert jars or bowls and put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.⁠⠀⠀
5. Decorate with additional mango, berries or mint.⁠⠀⠀
