**VERY VULNERABLE POST** Keto has been amazing guys, but let’s be real….no matter what size or shape we are, we still have insecurities within ourselves. When I started Keto, I was big and GROSS. I hit my lowest weight 6 months ago and I was skin and bones and GROSS. Since then, I’ve been trying different workouts and (still doing Keto) but not being so hard on myself. I’ve put on a little more weight, but I’m finally happy with the outcome! It’s a work in progress guys, but it just goes to show that the scale isnt always nice to you….dont beat yourself up trying to achieve a number….pay attention to those nonscalevictory moments! I promise….it will pay off! .
