I worked so hard to look my best for the slimmer of theyear weekend and after it was all over, felt a little routine relaxation was deserved!⁠
So I did, seriously relax, indulge, carb load and generally stuff my face 🤦🏽♀️🤪! But it’s been a week now and I’m finding my body heavy and sluggish, my mind less focused and my moods all over the shop and it reminds me of how I used to feel carrying all that extra weight! I don’t like it!!! So fitness girl is back and ready to find my balance again!⁠
