Today’s food for thought:

“I’m not in the mood. I don’t have the time. I wish my family supported me. I’ll start tomorrow. I’ll start next month.”

There are a million excuses, reasons, and justifications under the sun why you shouldn’t start your health journey today. Some of them may be pretty valid too. But that’s just how things are, there are as many reasons to not do something as there are stars in the sky.

But those who get real results start with one glimmer of hope, which converts into a burning desire to do something for themselves. One small wish sparks a passion to make a change. Sometimes these changes snowball into results so surprising, it becomes impossible to remember all those excuses that held you back.

Maybe, it’s time to hit brakes on why you can’t do something and find your reasons for why you can.
