I haven’t really revealed my weight yet because I was waiting to get to a “appropriate” number. For my height even 177 is pretty up there.⁠
But honestly I’m only 5 lbs away from 50 lbs down so I’m all “des, just post it who cares!” I’ve always carried my weight pretty well. When I got married, I weighed 155 and was a size 5. At my thinnest I was 112 lbs and was a size 0 and looked way too emaciated. So when I started keto, I wanted to be realistic and wanted to go back to my wedding size. Ultimately I would be okay with going smaller (140 lbs) but I’m not stressing it! Whatever happens happens!⁠

All I know is that when my sister in law got me this shirt last May, it was a very fitted very tight XL and now it’s obviously chill and baggy.⁠
I’m about to start my 5th month into keto and I’m living life the way I want to. I have control and I’m able to eat things I enjoy and not feel like I’m starving myself. Diets in the past always gave me anxiety and triggered a lot of my old eating disorder habits. I can say that my brain fully recognizes food and fat for fuel and I look forward to every meal and just feeling like I’m getting my old mojo back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⁠
