SPROUTS SALAD
Eating a healthy, nutrient-rich breakfast will help fuel your body for the rest of the day. Including proteins and fiber in your breakfast will help you stay full for a longer duration, and so you won’t snack all day long which will ultimately lead to weight gain.
Sprouts are relatively low in calories and carbohydrates, but are incredibly rich in protein , fiber and other micronutrients-vitamin C and K , phosphorus, magnesium, etc- .
You can’t only eat raw sprouts for breakfast, ofc. I prefer adding some diced cucumber and tomatoes to it, some pomegranate (for that sweet taste), squeeze about half a lemon and,some black salt and you are good to go, A perfect, heathy, protein-rich breakfast that will help you in you weight loss journey.
