Here’s the recipe for my stovetop granola and just decrease the oil to make it lower calorie. Granola can be high in calories but 20g of my recipe was 63 calories. This portion is enough to add on smoothie bowls and yoghurt.

10g of coconut oil

10g of sunflower seeds

10g of pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

100g of oats

40g of sweet freedom syrup / fruit syrup

10g of chia seeds

teaspoon of cinnamon

3 teaspoon of sweetner

40g of dried mixed fruit

Put everything except for the dried fruits, syrup and chia seeds on low heat until toasted golden brown. Add the syrup while it is still warm. Then add the dried fruits and chia seeds when cool.
