A very enjoyable, indulgent weekend of eating and drinking does not have to ruin your body goals.

So many people put their lives on hold when trying to reach their body goals. They think going out to eat or having a drink will ruin their progress, when that is simply not true.

-You can drink beer and lose weight
-You can have dessert or chocolate every day if you want to.
-You can eat indulgent, satisfying meals.
-You can eat delicious baked goods.
-You can eat out.
-You can eat A LOT.

My view is that ALL of these things need to be experienced while dieting to escape that ‘all or nothing mentality’. What is the point of ‘being good’ for 6 weeks to then start stepping backwards once you start socialising or living your life again. It simply makes no sense.

You should enjoy the process while reaching your goals. You should build a healthy, balanced lifestyle that you can maintain in the longterm if you want to maintain your body goals.

Small, positive changes and smarter choices can transform your body while you eat and drink all your favourite meals/drinks. Don’t spend you life putting things on hold to reach your body goals, there simply is no need. Life is for living and you should enjoy your food every single day. Build a lifestyle that allows you to do exactly that!
