• NO bread
• NO dairy
• NO potatoes
• NO soy
• NO gluten
• NO nuts
• NO caffeine
• NO soda
• NO alcohol/NO cheat meals
• Low sodium
• Drinking ONLY water.
2. Gallon of water a day.
3. Two 45 min. workouts (1 outdoors).
4. Daily progress photo.
5. Read 10 pages of a self development book daily. Currently reading “Find Your Path” by Carrie Underwood.

1st workout- walked 5.83 miles at the park
2nd workout- Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred, Level 2-Day 9
3rd workout- Upper Body w/ Vic @upperbodywithvic @hiivicc
