My goal each time I make a smoothie is to incorporate something that I wouldn’t normally put in for the sake of never getting bored with my wellness journey!

Smoothies and soon to be juicing are my favorite parts of my eating portion of wellness.

In honor of all that blah blah blah at the top lol let’s get to the good stuff! This smoothie was so yummy! It did have a strong taste from the goji berries but for me the banana and strawberries covered that well. I simply knew the ingredients and was intentional to study the taste.

Something else you would notice is I used Sea Moss Water. I basically saved the water from the brewing stage of the Sea Moss I made. No need to waste nutrients. So many are curious what Sea Moss is and it’s benefits. In simple Sea Moss has 92 of the 102 minerals your body needs(no need to list them 😳) and is very great for most common skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and burns. Sea Moss also is great mixed in to your DIY Mask as it gives a natural face lift and tightening to the skin while giving the skin great hydration.

Also goji berries another ingredient that might stand out is known as a super food. Goji berries are know for the high amount of beta-carotene, antioxidants, and abilities to help aid in boosting your energy levels. Great for good skin health and also work as an anti-inflammatory.

Do you like smoothies? If so, what are some of your favorite ingredients? Ones that you use often.
