Drinking a lot of water, eating healthy, and exercise should be the focus. Try focusing on those things instead of focusing on being overweight, how unattractive you feel, or what others think of you.
What you think about you give a lot of power to.
The key really is being more & more consistent with a healthy life style as time goes by. It will soon become your second nature & things will be easier. Then your image will transform to your goal as a byproduct. Be secure in who you are but also put your health first. You are already created AMAZING!!! 💪❤️
