I switched out late nights for early mornings
I stopped getting off the tram at my final destination and instead started to get off 2/3 stops before and walking the rest
I stopped blaming myself for the choices I had previously made and started planning for better choices ahead
I stopped thinking I couldn’t and started to believe I could
I found my passion, I found “me” again and I fell in love with her and the process.
Each week, we struggle (we’re human) but it’s about reminding yourself of why you started and those key motivators to keep going.
This week I’ve been reminding myself of the following and I’ve perhaps told myself this 3-4 times already:
“Sarah, stop being so hard on yourself, the old version of you would have dreamed of being where you are today… keep going”
