Gourmet Tuna Nachos

INGREDIENTS

Zest from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Β½ teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
ΒΌ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) bag tortilla chips
2 (5 ounce) cans Genova Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil, drained
1 large tomato, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place lemon zest, parsley, rosemary and parmesan in a small bowl, stirring to combine.

Place chips on a baking sheet and top with tuna, tomato, onions, and parmesan mixture.

Scatter mozzarella over the top. Bake until cheese has melted and begins to bubble, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
