The last week I’ve messed around on/ off plan and I can feel I’ve gained weight so this week I’ve decided for a no weigh in. I normally face the scales to be accountable but I can’t face seeing the gain this morning and I didn’t want to see the number of pounds I’ve gained as I know it would have put me in a grump all day.

I will weigh in next week and share the results then, whether it’s a loss or a gain 👍🏼

I am 100% back on plan today, I’m feeling ok and so far so good. I’ve had 2 products and I’m planning on my last product with my 200 calorie meal later as I’ve decided I want to follow step 2 as it’s my favourite step at the moment.
