🌿🍍✨This is my go-to MEAL REPLACEMENT Green Smoothie at the moment. Loads of greens, bananas as the fruit base then a choice of other fruit ( for this smoothie I used pineapple), plus a serving of healthy fats and blended up with plant based milk.

The serving of the HEALTHY FATS that I add to smoothies are usually hempseeds, flaxseeds or chia seeds. I add the healthy fats so the smoothies can have a good balance of MACROS and to increase mineral absorption.

I also love adding a serving of SUPERFOOD POWDER in my smoothies from time to time for extra essential vitamins and minerals. A superfood powder that I’ve recently started using is the THRIVE multinutrient powder from @vivolife and I absolutely love it🌿🤩

Here’s the full RECIPE of this Green Smoothie:

🌿2 cups of Kale

🍌 3 Bananas

🍍 1 cup of Pineapple

⭐️ 1 tablespoon of hempseeds

🌿1 tablespoon of @vivolife THRIVE multinutrient powder

🥛 1 cup of Almond Milk

Blend all ingredients until smooth, serve and enjoy!
