Losing a ton of weight is what scared me about hunting season. I thought I was going to just lose all the progress that I had made these last few months.

But the other day I weighed in and took pictures when I got off the mountain and found that I hadn’t lost any weight! Btw this is with walking an average of 6 miles a day in the mountains.

I definitely have to give credit to how much I’ve learned the last few months about nutrition. I really think using that knowledge has helped me maintain my weight and not lose progress!
