I am 26 years. I am 5’6 and I used to be overweight weighing 201 pounds. I started my journey in 2014. I have lost over 60 pounds. I am currently weighing 142 pounds my lowest weight has been 137 pounds. How did I do it? Well super easy! Eating clean, still eating what I love, tracking my food, portion control, and training like a beast! My weight loss journey has been a roller coaster. I have failed many times, I have messed up, I have cheated, but never once have I given up!! Everyday is a new day to try again and start over. Remember slow and steady always wins the race. 😉⁠
