Fajitas 😍😍😍

One of my absolute favourites, insanely tasty, healthy and high in protein. Plus its do easy to make. 👌

Only 588 cals and 50g of protein

To make for 2:
-Cut up 3 chicken breasts and fry in 1 cal spray. Add peppers and mushrooms. When the veg is cooked add the fajita seasoning (I always add some boiling water just before I add the fajita seasoning, it gives it a creamier texture.
-For the chips, cut up 400g of potatoes into wedges. Soften in the microwave for 10 mins. Spray with with 1 cal spray and season with Swartz chips seasoning. Cook for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees.

I use 2 Fitzgerald’s wraps (the orange packet 116 cals) or BFree wrap (99 cals). A lot of wraps are 160-200 cals so it’s a great calorie saver. I put mine of the George Foreman to toast them. It’s a game changer. 😍👌

No added sugar ketchup for 5 cals versus normal ketchup for 20 cals. All those little calorie saves make a big difference over the week.
