So made this for Sunday roast today for the family.
A vegetarian Wellington made with chopped hazelnuts, spinach, goats cheese and mushrooms. It’s amazing 🥰 used lighter puff pastry (and I was good and had a small portion off the pastry)
It is calorific but had this for lunch then had protein weightloss shakes for my other meals so I don’t go over my allowance for the day 😋
