Carbs vs. Keto!!

Yesterday I didn’t eat snacks or keto treats and I woke up 2 lbs lighter today!! ☺️ I took the photo on the right just a few minutes ago lol! Bloat has gone down and I actually woke up feeling good! I just started incorporating cacao butter in my coffee along with a new collagen and I definitely feel more energy and I’m full until 1 pm to 3 pm. .
