SUNDAY MEAL PREP 👩🏻‍🍳 I am back to meal prepping because I like having food ready to go for me during the week, even if I am working from home. I’m tired of cooking everyday!

On the menu: grilled shrimp fried rice 🍤🍚 with peanut sauce broccoli

I do half cauliflower rice & half regular rice! The cauliflower rice gives me more volume & veggies and I can’t even taste it with all the other stuff in there. I’m not a big fan of cauliflower rice by itself but it’s a really good way to bulk up your food if you’re a volume eater.
