Well, it’s a week in to this journey and I’m a day late posting this. I was actually very surprised the number was this good. I was just coming off my period though so probably some of this was weight from that but I still had some successes.⁠

This week I was so much better with snacking at work. I brought lots of healthy stuff and stuck to it almost exclusively. And I am drinking a lot more water at work instead of diet pop so that’s a nice healthier choice, too.⁠

No physical activity to speak of though. There has been forest fire smoke making the air quality super bad so I blame that because it was awful until about yesterday. And I have a gym membership but there have been covid cases in gyms here so I don’t feel comfortable going.⁠

Looking towards the coming week I want to keep focusing on more home-cooked food and trying to get out for a few good walks. I’m off work this week soI have lots of time for that and other personal goals as it’s a staycation.⁠
