Today’s Fiber and Protein rich Parantha ❤️

Recipe:
(Strain each flour to remove the thick skin)
Gehu (Whole Wheat Flour)
Bajra (Pearl Millet)
Jowar (Sorghum)
Ragi (Finger Millet)
Chana flour (Chickpea flour)
Besan (Gram Flour)
Soya flour (Soy Flour)
Jau Flour (Barley Flour)
Onion – 2 tbsp
Green chilli -2
Ginger (crushed) – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Salt (as per taste)
Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
Ghee – 1tsp
(1 tbsp each flour)

Mix all the ingredients and form a soft dough using water and make yummy healthy Chapati or Parantha out of it…😁
