Every part of me is exhausted this morning. Taking a quick trip out of town, combined with the fact my 4-year-old slept with me the past two nights with somehow waking up to get foot wedged against my spine I just woke up feeling drained ☹🥴. SO I was planning to go run today but decided to give myself a break by doing yoga instead… which also helped my back a bit so a win-win! My philosophy on it is I am not going to expect to be able to maintain my results without putting in the work. Even if it’s a light work out or yoga… I try to move my body because I took being able to do that for granted for so long without pain! So I got my butt up and did my yoga, now looking forward to a day of sunshine with the fam. 🌞🌈🌻🌿🧘🏻‍♀️⁠⁣
