I am SO glad I took pictures from the beginning. I remember taking the one of the left and being so bummed about myself. But I put it away and knew I would make changes! 25 lbs down and I feel so much better! These were my FAVORITE jeans and it was sad not to fit anymore. Now I’m trying to get as much use out of them as I can because lash year before I gained weight back, these jeans for too loose and baggy and just fit so weird. Gotta enjoy them while I can! Also it’s rare to see me not in yoga pants 😂. Take all the pictures you can along the way! I’ve been feeling a little bummed and not feeling like my body is changing, but then I do a progress pic and realize how far I’ve come. Be proud of yourself every step of the way, even when you don’t feel you’re made a lot of changes. Even little changes should be celebrated!
