Thrilled to have lost 3lbs bringing my total loss to 31.5lbs (2 stone + 3.5). I’ve also managed to bring my BMI down from 32.9 to 28.0. Still a long way to go but heading the right direction 🎯. Last week was my first week calorie counting alongside SW and will definitely continue to monitor calories at the same time as following the SW plan. Here’s to the next week – I’m off to the Lake District for a week today 🌟
