Tahini – Israeli Style
2-3 tbsp Tahini (better whole sesame- it has more calcium)
1 organic lemon
Salt & pepper
Optional: 2 minced garlic cloves
In a bowl, add the tahini then gradually add the water (you want to take your time with adding the water – you can always add more if needed).
Mix to a cohesive texture.
Add the parsley, lemon, salt and pepper.
(Garlic if you want).
Mix and check if you need to add more water.
You can choose if you like it really liquid or a thicker spread.
