Raspberry and white choc porridge this morning 🥰 I’m cr*p at making porridge on the hob so I use the @quakeroatsuk sachets with coconut milk and 2 mins in the microwave it’s done 😋 205kcal // 4g protein (thinking I’ll have a protein yogurt in a bit to top this up as aiming for 20-30g protein per meal at the moment)
