2019 reflections pt.1- WEIGHTLOSS// my biggest year of weightloss! The year external me became everything I couldn’t even fathom. WLS helped me eat smaller, eat better, and start to value my body and what I was putting in it. The photo on the right was fresh from this morning- I still can’t believe somedays that I actually look like that- or that I made a CHOICE to exercise because I wanted to. I move my body, because I love my body. I spend time answering all your guy’s questions on wls, health, food etc. because I want you to love your body too. It’s indescribable and actually your duty and responsibility as a human to love yourself too! 2020- may we continue to eat our greens and lift heavier than boys 😝. Everything health 2020- I’m so excited! .
