For about the past 8 months I feel like I’ve been at a complete standstill when it comes to my progress. Although I’m not weighing myself, you know your own body enough to know when you’re improving. Slowly i’m getting stronger and I’m loving improving in that department, but I felt like my body composition wasn’t changing, if anything going backwards. And this is why I always say TAKE PROGRESS PICTURES. Because taking this picture this morning just proves to myself that I was wrong. So if you’re on a weight loss journey, to build strength, to gain confidence again after bub, or any journey of your choosing, trust the process, stay consistent, keep pushing, be determined and transform that into a lifestyle.
This body carried three babies in three years. And I couldn’t be prouder of every stage it has been through. And I couldn’t be prouder of myself for getting up everyday, being consistent, and even when I fell of that bandwagon, getting back up. It’s been MUCH harder after the third babe than it was with the other two, but anything is possible. 2 years post baby number three and I’ve never felt better 🙌🏾
