Crispy Parmesan Garlic Wings. 💥💥💥
.
The air fryer changes the game on these.
.
I made this recipe again this week and had to do for you with them. 1) they are incredible, 2) so many of you made & loved them, and 3) it’s been one of those weeks where I’m scarfing down food out of Pyrex containers in between a million things.
.
So easy to make:
.
1. Grab some raw chicken wings from your favorite store. I started with 2lbs… makes multiple servings.
.
2.Dab down with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
.
3.Put in a large bowl and drizzle with olive or avocado oil.
.
4.Add sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and 1/2 tablespoon baking powder and massage in well into the wings. You can also add some dried herbs or whatever seasoning you like.
.
5.Air fry at 400F for 20-25 mins. Time varies depending on the size of chicken & your air fryer They’ll come out crispy AF.
.
6.You can eat them as is, toss them in your favorite sauce, or make a quick sauce. To make the sauce/Parmesan garlic coating, while they’re in the air fryer, on a stovetop, melt 3 tablespoons butter, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons minced garlic. Add some more garlic powder if you’d like to sleep alone at night.
.
7.Toss wings in the Parmesan-butter-garlic sauce and serve immediately.
.
Off. The. Hook!
