One thing I’ve definitely been struggling with is drinking water. I have never been a big drinker. Maybe one cup of a drink a day. I know a lot of my problems would improve if I drank more water. So I bought this gallon jug with times on it. It’s now 6:30 and I’m still at 12 PM. However, I did have 16 oz of coffee this morning, water with my preworkout, water during my workout, and water with my protein after my workout that weren’t in this jug.

My workout today was better than yesterday. Cardio was still a bit of a struggle which I expected since it’s been a while since I worked out. I know this will take time and definitely need healthy meals. It is only day 3 on my journey into fitness so there is lots of room for improvement 👌🏼
