I started my journey at 354.2 pounds as you can see I was not happy about it. This time I was determined to make it happen. I have taken pictures all along the way. Putting these side by side really help a lot especially when the scale doesn’t want to budge the way you want it to.

Seeing this reminds me of how far I have come. So why ever you do don’t give up and keep going. If you get off get right back on. If I can do this at 354 pounds naturally by the way. You can do it. It is possible and there is hope.
