And this is why I love my fruit!! Especially for breakfast because it digests so nicely after the overnight fast πŸ™ŒπŸΌ and gives me some steady energy to start the day. I swear, if someone brings up the sugar… LMAO πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Living, abundant plant food ftw guys. Check out them nutrients!!! Totally not knocking the cereal cause you know I eat that too and you know I ate both of these after I took the pic

My point is, fruit does help me (everyone) with weight management because of the water and fiber content- and also just for the fact it could be a better option than what you would’ve eaten if you hadn’t had the fruit. You can also eat MORE of it, filling you up. This is why I actually lean up as I incorporate more fruit into my diet, regardless of the NATURAL sugar content πŸ™„ (read my last fruit bowl post for info on this topic). I do not get a sugar rush/crash from the fruit, but you betcha I do after the cereal.. riddle me THAT

Honestly I hope the biggest takeaway/reminder is the nutrient content, because there is a time and place for different macro makeups (we all know cereal is blessed πŸ™πŸΌ) and a million and two ways to make them work for your specific goals. The general message is to eat yo fresh produce πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸŒ±Because no matter your size, body composition, health, etc etc etc we all experience the same benefits from the various vitamins and minerals

Cereal stats include a little coconut milk. Quantities are based on what I would normally pour for cereal and eat for fruit in a single small meal (not counting calories. I eat intuitively). In same size bowls, a lot more fruit than it looks like πŸ˜…
