Sorry for being mia for some time.

I was pretty on/off-track the last couple of weeks.
Tired because I didn‘t lose anything but jumping up and down the same kilos for weeks.
Not really seeing a change in my shape. I got stronger physically but I didn‘t see it.
So I wasn‘t as strict as before and I binged this weekend.

So here it is Monday, time for a new start. Time to be more strict again.
Going to track my food again for a while.
Aiming for at least 3 liters of water a day
Working out 4 times a week
Getting 10k steps in on the days I‘m not going to the gym.
Fasting from 8pm-10am.
