To the left I was 8 months pregnant, 205-210 pounds, tired with high blood pressure from the rapid weight gain. On the right, (6 months later) 160 pounds, full of energy and no longer hypertensive! It’s been difficult to follow keto recently with all the Christmas cookies, tamales and candy around me and yes I have slipped up a couple times but I jump right back into eating low carb and I feel wonderful when I’m back in ketosis! I still want to lose another 15-20 pounds but I’m not going to stress out too much about it till after the holidays.
