Choose the one that’s good for your body, & even better for your taste buds

RECIPE (for 2 lattes):
•2 shots of espresso, or strongly brewed coffee
•2 cups plant milk (I used unsweetened soymilk)
•1/3 cup pumpkin (canned, not pumpkin pie mix)
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•2-3 tbsp maple syrup
•1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

*Optional: Vegan whipped cream

1. Wisk all ingredients, except the espresso, in pot over medium heat, stir often so it doesn’t burn
2. Once heated, whisk in the espresso and continue heating until it starts to bubble
3. Pour into mugs, top with vegan whipped cream
4. Enjoy it 🥰🍂
