Although I have been working out, my diet hasn’t been the greatest. It’s hard working from home I just want to sleep until the last possible second and want to grab something quick to eat so I eat anything.

This week I decided I want to prepare my meals and eat healthier. I bought 100 calorie cinnamon oatmeal and cut up a fresh picked apple and it is delicious! The packets come portioned already and was ready in 90 seconds. You have to try it 😋
