Rotisserie chicken with garlicky asparagus spears… oh my yum! (Asparagus is super easy to make. Wash, cut off the bottom, heat up some EVOO in a pan with crushed garlic, heat on medium for 3-4 minutes. Cover then turn off the heat and let them sit for another 2 minutes. I like my asparagus tasty but #crunchy !) 😋
