All please help me in congratulating one of our #RIGHT2FITFAM members Julie!

Julie has been with us for about 14 weeks and is down 15lbs.

Her weight loss has been SLOW & STEADY, as that is the KEY for losing fat and gaining muscle.

This weekend was a BIG day for Julie, here is what she had to say:

“I was thrilled to see that number this morning. 145 is what I had in mind when I first started and feel like I tackled this big beast because I don’t remember the last time I weighed 145! Probably when I was 21”

LADIES, I promise you, your age means NOTHING when it comes to weight loss. You absolutely CAN lose weight and regain your confidence back no matter your age. I mean look at Julie?!
