Palak paneer/ Spinach cottage cheese

Everyone has their own palak paneer recipe but the catch is to get that beautiful green color of the puree.
Do not boil palak, just put it in hot water for 2-3 mins, put it in ice cold water & then puree it nicely. I don’t add any onion, tomatoes or turmeric in my palak paneer, just good amount of ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt & garam masala.
When I make a saag with other leaves also, then I do add onion & tomatoes. Winter is here and definitely there will be lots of green leaves & saag posts…. Stay tuned 😃
