1/2 cauliflower, cut into floretsβ €
1 cup almond flourβ €
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseβ €
2 tsp saltβ €
1 tsp garlic powderβ €
1/4 cup fresh parsley choppedβ €
Cracked pepperβ €
1 eggβ €
Garlic infused oilβ €
3 slices streaky bacon, dicedβ €

1. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.β €
2. Mix together in a medium mixing bowl the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, fresh parsley chopped and cracked pepper. Stir until well combined.β €
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and 2 tbsp water.β €
4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture, drain and add to the almond flour mixture.β €
5. Place crumbed florets onto prepared baking tray and drizzle with oil.β €
6. Place diced bacon over cauliflower. Season with cracked black pepper and bake in oven for 25-30mins or until golden and cauliflower is tender.β €
