π INGREDIENTS:β
1/2 cauliflower, cut into floretsβ
1 cup almond flourβ
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseβ
2 tsp saltβ
1 tsp garlic powderβ
1/4 cup fresh parsley choppedβ
Cracked pepperβ
1 eggβ
Garlic infused oilβ
3 slices streaky bacon, dicedβ

π¨π½βπ³ INSTRUCTIONS:β
1. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.β
2. Mix together in a medium mixing bowl the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, fresh parsley chopped and cracked pepper. Stir until well combined.β
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and 2 tbsp water.β
4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture, drain and add to the almond flour mixture.β
5. Place crumbed florets onto prepared baking tray and drizzle with oil.β
6. Place diced bacon over cauliflower. Season with cracked black pepper and bake in oven for 25-30mins or until golden and cauliflower is tender.β
