📋 INGREDIENTS:⠀
1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets⠀
1 cup almond flour⠀
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese⠀
2 tsp salt⠀
1 tsp garlic powder⠀
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped⠀
Cracked pepper⠀
1 egg⠀
Garlic infused oil⠀
3 slices streaky bacon, diced⠀

👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⠀
1. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.⠀
2. Mix together in a medium mixing bowl the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, fresh parsley chopped and cracked pepper. Stir until well combined.⠀
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and 2 tbsp water.⠀
4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture, drain and add to the almond flour mixture.⠀
5. Place crumbed florets onto prepared baking tray and drizzle with oil.⠀
6. Place diced bacon over cauliflower. Season with cracked black pepper and bake in oven for 25-30mins or until golden and cauliflower is tender.⠀
