Ok, you guys. These meatballs on top of a silky cauliflower mash is comfort food in a bowl.⁠

The meatballs are based off of my grandma’s recipe for porcupine meatballs. I left out the rice, so they’re not porcupine meatballs anymore, but they retain the unique flavor profile.⁠

They’re tender meatballs in a spiced tomato sauce and they’re better than I can describe. You’ll just have to make them and find out for yourself.⁠
