👏🏼 I love Monday’s because I feel so motivated by a fresh start to the week. Monday’s are my days to plan & make goals so I can set myself up for success for the week ! ☺️

1. workout 4x this week
2. run 2x this week
3. lift 10lbs heavier for lower body, 5lbs heavier for upper body
4. eat within calories/macros, prioritize whole foods
5. 120oz+ of water every day
6. read 3 hours this week
7. start journaling
8. work on homework before the due date

👏🏼 setting goals & planning weekly has been key in my weight loss journey. if you fail to plan, you plan to fail!
